Follow the steps below to access the Retail Delinquent View application. You will be able to view the history and current delinquencies for your license.

To set Up a password:

1. Click on "Begin the Retail Delinquent View Application".
2. Then click on "Create My Log In Profile" and follow the prompts to create a secure password.
   Once you have successfully created a password, you can log on at any time using your 7-digit serial number and the new password.

If you already have a password:

1. Click on "Begin the Retail Delinquent View Application".
2. Log on using your license serial number and password.
3. Select the delinquent option you would like to view.
